Meet and Greet - 23rd of October 2011, between 1pm and 4pm

The first Meet and Greet is being organized by Yoshiko Haiwa, thank you Yoshi, at the Grass Valley Unity Church, on the 23rd of October 2011, between 1pm and 4pm.

This meeting is meant for those who are already familiar with my work and tools. It is not an introductory event, nor an event to which you can bring people who don't know who "Inelia Benz" is, but an event for individuals who have benefited from this work to meet and network with each other.  If you would like to introduce someone to the work, please refer them to this website.

The hall does have a cost of $50 per hour, as we are booked for 3 hours (this can be expanded prior to the meeting if we want to), that will be $150.  We will also provide drinking water and eating utensils, which we will add to the cost. Once we have a total cost, and count, we will ask for a donation per head to cover it, but it unlikely to be more than $10 per person. If you feel inspired to donate before hand, feel free do to so at the donation page www.ascension101.com/donate with the note Grass Valley Meet and Greet.  This will allow us to keep the funds separate and bring the total cost for the remaining participants down.  If you cannot afford to help with the cost, come anyway, the rest of us will cover it.

I would suggest you bring a pillow to use either on the floor or on the chair, and food to share.

The format so far is to meet each other.  I will be asking everyone to partake in a half hour meditation for the collective, but apart from that there will be no presentation or "teaching".

This is our first Meet and Greet, and if you have any ideas on what you would like to happen in it, do add your suggestions when you respond to this email.  We have until October 23rd to decide on what we want to happen during it.

Some of the things we need to decide on are:

1. Length: how long do we want to book the church for? is 3 hours too short or too long?

2. Format: is a casual meet and greet with a half hour meditation enough structure? Or would you like to see more?

3. Food and drink: Bring something if only you feel inspired to.

4. Length of shared meditation (is half an hour enough?)

5. Would you like to partake in a short introduction, where everyone gives their name and says a little about themselves? Or would you like to keep introductions to a casual format?
