It has come to my attention that the 5th Dimension is taking a huge part in this Global 2012 Ascension process.  After further investigation, it appears that they, the beings and energy from the 5th Dimension, are coming into the 3rd dimension in great numbers and volume at this moment in time.  The reason is very simple.

Duality is a dirty word in the circles of Enlightenment and  Oneness.  We strive to move past duality and into Oneness, integrating all without judgment.

However, the thought of integrating light and dark, "good" and "bad", male and female, is rather hard to conceive.  They are so different, so "opposite" to each other.  We tend to take sides.

Often when I speak to people about integrating "dark" into Oneness, they see it as an "absorption" of the darkness into the light.  But the reality of it is that this is not so.  Oneness doesn't have sides. It is not "light".  It is complete.  It doesn't have either light or dark, it is not non-duality.

I was working with Lucia Rene this weekend, leader of our time and author of Unplugging the Patriarchy, a book which, if you have not read it yet, I strongly suggest you get immediately.  If I could set a study course for this year, this book would certainly be an essential component of the curriculum.

In this book she explains the nature of the change which is happening right now and will anchor in 2012, including how roles have been reversed for the last 5000 years and how this has meant a huge shutting down of the Heart Chakra, which is where men are naturally centered.

Last week, I found myself in a rather painful place.   For the previous month, I had been getting very acute pain in my lower back, at the level of the Sacral Chakra.  Waking up like this, I would lie down, meditate, allow the pain to grow and engulf me, express to me, and the pain would pass, or sometimes be bearable.  A times it would disappear.  Almost like nothing every happened.

A very well known modus operandi or tyrannic regimes is to capture civilians, "enemies", people who are against the rulers, torture them, then release them back into the populace injured, broken, and vulnerable.  The person will often also be witness to executions and other terrors, which he or she will then relate to those around him or her.

In England, old people are officially called Senior Citizens.

Senior, according to the Princeton online dictionary, means: older; higher in rank; longer in length of tenure or service; "senior officer".

My friend and sister-in-law, Loreto Alonso Alegre Arana recently linked a video of Mayan Grandmother Margarita on facebook for our benefit.  This is the first time I have hear of this amazing Grandmother and her teachings.

It is so wonderful to see that here is a woman, Abuela Margarita, who has paved the path of Ascension all of her life.  Her message is simple, easy to understand and direct.
